Clinic Returns Policy

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

All Sales Final. We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider a product defective or damaged, please contact us at 403-452-9444 within 48 hours of receipt of order with details of the products and defect/damage.


Purina, Hill's and Royal Canin Veterinary Diets are 100% guaranteed and can be returned only for one of the following reasons:

Palatability - Pet will not eat the food.

Quality - If there is a problem with quality of the food.

Safety – If a bag or can has a broken seal which has compromised the integrity of the food.

Food must be returned in the original packaging. Refunds on food will be applied as a credit to your clinic account. A request for a refund onto your credit card will be handled by the payment authorization company and will be minus their administration fees.
